Subject: Multidisciplinary28/06/21A selection of resources to lend visibility to affective, sexual and gender diversity.
New York, 28 June 1969, the police raid the Stonewall Inn, an LGBTI community meeting place in Greenwich Village. It's not the first time that inspections have been carried out in the neighbourhood, but in this case the response was very different: resistance and rebellion. These riots were the spark that lit the flame for the defence of LGBTI rights around the globe.
The UOC's Library and Learning Resources department offers a selection of resources to lend visibility to affective, sexual and gender diversity.
