A selection of resources to lend visibility to affective, sexual and gender diversity.

New York, 28 June 1969, the police raid the Stonewall Inn, an LGBTI community meeting place in Greenwich Village. It's not the first time that inspections have been carried out in the neighbourhood, but in this case the response was very different: resistance and rebellion. These riots were the spark that lit the flame for the defence of LGBTI rights around the globe.

The UOC's Library and Learning Resources department offers a selection of resources to lend visibility to affective, sexual and gender diversity.

An escape room designed by the UOC on sexual orientation, gender identity, stereotypes and discrimination to promote self-reflection as part of the School Break project, funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ education programme. It is aimed at students aged between 12 and 18 years old. Each participant has to avoid all the pitfalls on sexual orientation, gender identity, stereotypes, sexist culture and discrimination to reflect on how each person views their own identity and achieve victory through teamwork.
