We help improve your learning resources.

How it works?

  1. Fill in the form with detailed information about the programme or courses you would like our team to review.

  2. State which semester(s) you would like to review.

  3. We can provide two different types of report according to your needs:

Half-yearly report: This reviews the results of a specific semester's satisfaction survey, focusing on learning resources.

Annual report: This is a review of the satisfaction surveys for the first and second semesters of an academic year to facilitate the preparation of follow-up reports based on the qualification and centre.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can request a half-yearly report as soon as the results of the student satisfaction survey regarding the teaching received are published.

The first semester's results are usually published in February, and the second quarter's results come out in July.

The report provides a review of the results of the questions on learning resources, focusing in particular on the surveys' open-ended questions. We look for feedback on matters relating specifically to learning resources.

In the report, the Library staff provide their interpretation of the answers to the questions and the comments made and make suggestions for improvement, which the Library can then help you implement.

But that is not all: once you've received your report, you can meet with your subject librarian to discuss the results of the report and consider the available options for improving your learning resources in order to increase student satisfaction for future semesters.
