El Derecho is one of the legal platforms available in the Library. It contains a wide variety of content, including the Memento series, legislation, jurisprudence, agreements and administrative doctrine. The collection also includes a series of infographics designed to synthesize and clarify legal concepts, and make them easier to understand.
A dozen images covering different branches of law, including real estate law and social law, are currently available for consultation.

Key factors in the new Spanish Law 12/2023 of 24 May, on the right to housing. With answers to questions such as what is meant by the concept of a large property owner, the price of new contracts, and the expenses payable by the owner.
An explanation of the conditions and use of trial periods in the workplace. With information on their duration, the conditions applicable to various types of workers, and aspects related to professional practice and termination of the contract.
The infographic explains who has to pay mortgage costs, according to the Spanish Mortgage Contracts Law. It sets out how the costs are distributed between the financial institution and the mortgage applicant.
