How can Bárbara Badell help you?

She is subject librarian for Arts and Humanities and in her daily work, she provides support to faculty members in choosing and managing the learning resources. In the course of her daily work, she attends to their queries, doubts and problems and proposes material that may be useful for their courses.

She is responsible for producing training materials on copyright and intellectual property.

Like her other colleagues at the Library, she attends to the queries received by The Library Replies service and prepares Library Guides with useful resources to help you develop a particular argument.

Education and professional career

She has devoted her academic training and professional career to information and communication sciences: she holds an official llicenciatura degree in Information Science and an official diplomatura degree in Library and Information Science, both from the University of Barcelona (UB).

Among her professional responsibilities, of particular interest is her appointment as document manager for the Planeta group. She has also worked in major institutions abroad, such as the European Medicines Agency (United Kingdom), the European University Institute (Florence), and the Cervantes Institute (Milan).
