With the 2021/2022 academic year's inaugural lecture fast approaching, the UOC Library has produced this library guide of resources to highlight Francesca Bria's career. Bria is a digital policy and IT expert and advisor. She studied Social Sciences and Economics before earning her PhD from Imperial College London, and served as Barcelona City Council's Chief Technology and Digital Innovation Officer from 2017 to 2019.
