Home shipment
If there are no UOC centres in your local region, rather than travelling to collect your loan item, you can request that the Library send it to you. This service is free in Spain and Andorra.
You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the loan item.
For all other cases, the cost of home delivery is determined by the delivery company. The cost of home shipments depends on the UOC's courier. To get a rough idea, check the following table:

Book return by post
Any returns made by courier or recorded post are always at your own expense. The cost will depend on the postal rates or the courier service you select.
