Would you like to find out more about what Wiley Online Library has to offer? Sign up for the seminar on 24 March.

We are joining the social media campaign #StayAtHomeAndLearn by highlighting a number of useful resources that might help you get through the exceptional situation we are in to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

As part of our contribution to the cause, we are holding an online seminar on 24 March at 2 pm (GMT) to help you become familiar with Wiley Online Library. The platform, whose slogan reads "Today's research, tomorrow's innovation", is available through the Library and contains a collection of multidisciplinary e-books and e-journals from two prominent academic publishers: John Wiley & Sons and Blackwell Publishing.

You do not need any prior experience with the platform to attend the seminar as it is aimed at anyone interested in getting their hands on academic content. That means bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree students as well as members of the UOC's teaching staff and young researchers.

What will I learn in the seminar?

  • The type of content you can expect to find on Wiley Online Library
  • The benefits and potential uses of Wiley Online Library
  • How to access the platform
  • How to browse the platform
  • How to find content in Spanish
  • Wiley Online Library articles: downloading, reading and sharing content
