The Library Replies service provides answers to your enquiries about the Library's services and resources.

Have you got a question? Check out the service's new site and find the answer from a list of over 40 FAQs.

The Library's help service, The Library Replies, has revamped its site to make it easier for you to navigate and find the answers you need more quickly. From today, you can use a search engine to enter your question and find the answer from around 40 FAQs.

As always, if you can't find the answer you need, send us your enquiry using the form, and the Library team will get back to you as soon as they can.

What's new?

  • The FAQs are sorted by topic (how to cite, general information, intellectual property, services, etc.), bringing together information from the entire Library website in one place.
  • We've gone over the content of the more than 40 FAQs.
  • The answers are more detailed; clicking on any question will open a new page with an in-depth answer and other related questions.

The Library Replies site is dynamic and will be updated on a regular basis to include answers to the most common questions received by the service.
