She is the reference librarian for Faculty of Law and Political Science and the Doctoral School. She provides support to faculty members in choosing and managing the learning resources. In the course of her daily work, she attends to their queries, doubts and problems and proposes material that may be useful for their courses.
She is responsible for producing materials on copyright and intellectual property and for providing new teaching staff with their introduction to the Library's services and resources.
She is part of an educational working group that focuses on improving the digital skills of the university community, particularly in finding and managing information, to enhance performance in both academic and professional settings.
Like her other colleagues at the Library, she attends to the queries received by The Library Replies service and prepares Library Guides with useful resources to help you develop a particular argument.
Education and professional career
She has a degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Barcelona. She combined her studies with an internship at the UOC Library, and continuing education courses on open access, video editing techniques and user training.
When she joined the team, she worked on the technical processing and digitization of the documentary archive until she became the coordinator of the library cataloguing team.
Before her current position, she was also subject librarian for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
Personal interests
Radio and television, listening to music while I drive, taking pictures of everything, making sweets for my family and friends. I also like animals and I have two cats, Greta and Bowie.
