If you have any doubts about how to manage your research data, make sure to sign up for this webinar!

As part of International Open Access Week 2023, the Open Science unit invites you to Dades obertes en Humanitats i Ciències Socials: una mirada des de les trinxeres (Open data in the humanities and social sciences: a view from the trenches).

Xavier Rubio Campillo, senior Ramón y Cajal researcher at the University of Barcelona, will use practical cases based on his personal experience to discuss how research staff can make research in the field of social sciences and humanities more open. He will also be talking about the benefits of open science, taking the particular characteristics of these disciplines into account.

Research data at the UOC

One of the UOC's objectives for 2030 is to ensure that all the research data generated by its research staff comply with the FAIR principles (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable).

The UOC offers all the research data it generates in open-access format through the CORA.RDR research data repository. The university also offers resources to help ensure that our research data complies with the FAIR principles.

For open science!
