  SUBJECT

Libraries, and virtual libraries in particular, are increasingly faced with the current challenges of globalisation and competition. It was thus deemed necessary and useful that a seminar be organised to investigate the business techniques employed to attract users and the most innovative methods for promoting use of libraries' services and contents.

The languages of the workshop are spanish and english.


  OBJECTIVE

To find out about the innovative business techniques that have been put into practice and led to optimisation of the use of services and contents.
