Manage the budget
Service aimed at coordinating professors for letting us know their learning resources investment budget needs, modifications and cancellations.
How does it work?
The professor designs a course and relevant learning activities which will include learning resources to be used by the student in order to achieve their learning objectives and acquire target skills.
When the professor decides which part of the learning resources for the activities will form a specific UOC manual (traditional materials, audiovisual resource, etc.), an order should be placed for authorship and edition, and therefore a request should be made for a corresponding budget allocation from the learning resources investment budget.
A forecast of budgetary needs for learning resources investment is made, in consultation with the programme of studies managers, during February and March (semester beginning in February) and/or October and November (semester beginning in October).
