Submit your complaints about the Virtual Library.

All complaints received will be handled and answered by the Virtual Library’s management.

How does it work?

Complete the form with your complaint about the Virtual Library. We will respond to your complaint within a maximum of 48 business hours, except during non-academic periods and on public holidays observed by the UOC. 

Please remember that all messages will be sent to your UOC mailbox and that you can contact us to request information on the status of your request.
