How can Lis help you?

She is subject librarian for Computer Science, Multimedia and Telecommunications. She provides support to faculty members in choosing and managing the learning resources. In the course of her daily work, she attends to their queries, doubts and problems and proposes material that may be useful for their courses.

Like her other colleagues at the Library, she attends to the queries received by The Library Replies service and prepares dossiers with useful resources to help you develop a particular argument.

Education and professional career

Drawn to the publishing world since she was young, particularly to the field of learning and teaching resources, this is where she has focused her professional career and education. She holds an official llicenciatura degree in Catalan Language and Literature from the University of Barcelona (UB), a postgraduate course in Lexicography from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), and she has training in Content and Project Management (UOC). She has worked as a secondary education teacher and also in lexicography at the Institute of Catalan Studies.

Subsequently, she joined the UOC team, where she has carried out different tasks: language service, publishing, coordination of teaching resources and management of learning resources.

Since 2011, she has been a member of the UOC Library team.
