Diccionario de símbolos

Since the Egyptians, symbology has been the great science of antiquity. It lasted without interruption in the East until well into the twentieth century, and in the West it inspired mediaeval art and, to a large extent, Renaissance and Baroque art, until the discovery of the ""Unconscious"" led to the recovery of symbols in very different spheres and ways.
This dictionary of symbols is the latest and definitive version of the most important prose work of poet and art critic Juan Eduardo Cirlot.
