How do I publish final projects in open access?

A service where we advise you on how to publish in open access in the O2 Repository UOC

Final degree projects, research projects, etc.

Following instructions given by the faculty, the UOC's students may deposit in open access in the O2 their final bachelor's degree projects, master's degree projects and practicums, all of which will be freely consultable for teaching use and dissemination. They can also retrieve and view the final projects published by other students.

All of the UOC students' final projects can be found in the Academics section.

To self-publish final degree projects, follow the instructions in the Guide to depositing Final Degree Projects, Final Master's Projects and Practicums in O2, the UOC's institutional repository.

If you would like more information, see "Why publish final projects in open access?".

For their part, the professors and course instructors must encourage their students to deposit their final bachelor's degree projects, master's degree projects or practicums in the O2.

Teaching materials

The professors, course instructors or tutors who are affiliated with the UOC may deposit in the O2 any type of document that they may have created during their teaching activity at the UOC: educational videos, study guides, course plans, teaching materials, continuous assessment tests, examinations, decisions concerning examinations, etc., provided that these documents are subject to an open-access dissemination license.

The Guide to depositing Teaching Materials in O2, the UOC's institutional repository gives the steps that must be followed to deposit this material.
